Session Access & Delivery Policy

1. Session Access

Recap Academy provides access to paid online learning sessions and digital course materials. Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive access details for your booked sessions via email or through your account dashboard.

Access to live sessions or course content is typically granted immediately after payment, unless otherwise specified in the course description. For scheduled live sessions, you will receive a calendar invite or a reminder with the session link in advance.

2. Scheduling & Rescheduling

You may select your preferred session times during the booking process, subject to availability. If you need to reschedule a session, please contact our support team at least 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but rescheduling is not guaranteed for all courses or tutors.

3. Missed Sessions & Technical Issues

If you miss a live session, please reach out to our support team as soon as possible. Depending on the course policy, you may be able to access a recording or reschedule. In case of technical issues that prevent you from joining a session, contact us immediately so we can assist you or arrange a make-up session if applicable.

4. Digital Materials

All course materials, resources, and session recordings (if provided) will be delivered digitally through your account or via email. No physical products will be shipped.
