Imagine an object that you wanted so hard but all what you got is picture of it. Now, 3D printing would make that object come to life easily by just modeling it on any 3D modeling software then print it.
3D printing aka “additive manufacturing” where a digital design on your computer screen can be converted into an object on your hands.
3D printing is a process in which the 3D model is sliced into individual 2D slices and then are combined to make the 3D object so it is created by adding plastic layers over each other. 3D printer has many types where each one depends on a different technology to print the object, the most common ones are the printers which use Fused Deposition Modeling, Stereolithography, and Selective Laser Sintering.
This type of processing can save a lot of time for engineers by simply design the model for a project which would have taken weeks to accomplish..
3D printing has helped to improve the medical field like tissue and organ fabrication, creation of customized prosthetics, implants, and anatomical models.
So would the 3D printer be an huge revolutionary change ?
